Invent your personal brand

Today, the change occurs at a faster pace than ever before. In fact, things are moving so fast, we believe that it is reasonable to say, "If you and your company are not build a presence online, then you will be flat-line.". Online changes even more rapid than in the real world. Interestingly, in terms of business model, these changes are occurring in a direction that is closer to that of pre-industrial age company as the business model that has spread since the 1960s - 100.

Think about years business. John owned a blacksmith shop and attracted customers because in his town, the reputation of John was good. Note that it was not "Forge, LLC" which had a good reputation but John himself. When people came to the city and questioned about a blacksmith, they have learned about John. Business has been more people doing business with people in those days.

Technology and the Internet, business becomes once more a person in another company. Of course, in today's world, we have limited liability companies and get the best tax benefit, but personal branding becomes important once more. The difference is when John began his business, he learned of what he saw before him, and no there was no Internet. Now, people have forgotten how the brand themselves. The internet is also a new way of "out of the word."

Today, so that your company survive, no matter what you make, regardless of the industry and regardless of the circumstances, you must be online and you have yourself the brand. You do not want find you playing catch up when it comes to this… we trust.

There is a simple way to identify how your own online brand. The first question to ask is, "if I am an expert in just one thing what would it be?". This question will help you reduce your passions, your interests and your greatest skill set. Remember, for the moment, choose only one thing.

Then, you want to watch how you want to find online. When people search Google, Bing or Yahoo, what research are more likely to use to find you. This that you want to search terms that you find that? It's your market niche. Understanding your niche is for nothing more to identify who you are and which are more. Do not take this lightly! It is essential that you identify that become you because it will be a guide for everything you do online and perhaps even offline as well.

Now we will talk about on big how a brand you want to build. Remember to build a brand as a current building. Before you can begin to build you need to know if you create a story building or a skyscraper 50 because they require different actions.

In the world online, knowing the size of the mark that you create will guide you to the actions that you take and order them do. Optimization is a big word in the online world and it's effectiveness. A definition says who you are, the path you are and where you want to end up… so that anyone and everyone can understand, is optimization.

If you want a slogan of the brand, it is the time. The slogan must understand who you are, the path, you are on and where you go. Slogans are great and can become your keyword phrase, but make sure that it is extremely relevant and appropriate to what we discussed.

Then there is perhaps the most important question that you could never ask yourself. You would follow you?

The Internet is buzzing with talk of lists of mail, supporters of social media and many other cool words that sound neat. Yes, there are ways you can make a higher number and growth of the force, but the real point in all this is to be completely missed. You would follow you? If the answer is "no" regardless of the number of people, you have to email lists or that follow you on Twitter and Facebook, your success will be temporary. You can attract people, but you keep.

Remember John the blacksmith? Well it seems to have been the only store in town, but sooner or later, if he did not provide a quality service and added value, it would be out of business. You are the same as John except it is unlikely that you are the only company in the city since your city is today everyone online!

Take action and create the brand you want. The online world awaits your new brand!
